Cooking Class Saturday July 16th

Our next cooking class is Saturday, July 16th from noon to 2:30. This class is the #1 favorite class featuring Tom Ka Gai, Crispy Basil Chicken, CoCo Chile Fish and the Chile Reduction Sauce that is the base for those dishes. As always the class starts with mimosas and is followed by a wine-paired luncheon. Along with the recipes, we give out goodie bags with key Thai ingredients. The cost for the class is $60.00 which is paid when you book your reservation for the class. We have had to do this as many people who signed up for the class did not show (last week we had 22 signed up and only 8 showed up). We had to turn away customers who wanted to take the class as it was full, so I hope you understand.

  1. Would love to know when you are planning to do this class again….love the coco chile fish! and would you email me the recipe??
    I would also like to know if you still have a restaurant in Austin, TX…i live there most of the time and AZ part time.

    We have cooking classes every third Saturday of the month from May through December and twice a month January through April. We have not scheduled the Co Co Chile Fish class again, but let us know when you will be in town again and we will be happy to accommodate your next visit with a class. We have never had a restaurant in Austin, but one of my former chefs did have a restaurant in the outskirts of Austin. My daughter, Amy, lives in Austin and would love me to open one there, but it is not in our future plans. Deirdre
