The menu for our October cooking class is Tom Yum Soup, Tropical Pineapple, Pad Thai and CoCo Chile Fish. We will also be teaching how to prepare our signature Chile Reduction Sauce.
The cost is $60 per person which includes the class, the recipes, wine-paired luncheon and a goodie bag with Thai ingredients. The class is from 12pm-2:30pm. Please call 480-947-6042 for reservations.
