We are scratching our heads….

Trying to decide what to do for our next 4 cooking classes. The March 24th class is full, we will be offering the April classes on April 7th and April 21st; May classes will be the 5th and 19th. So now is the time to let us know what you would like to learn and we will add it to the menu. The classes are fun, of course they are because Kris and I teach them, as well as informative. They start at noon and are followed by a wine paired luncheon. The cost is $60 for everything, such a deal!

Oh, and by the way, we are at the Downtown Scottsdale Farmers Market every Saturday from 8 am (YAWN) to 1 pm. We are using the market to test out new items such as duck tacos with asian slaw. We are also offering do it yourself Tom Ka Gai kits which includes pre-portioned ingredients and the recipe, all you have to add is protein, mushrooms, and a little broth. It is a great way to impress your friends and family with home cooked Malees soup. Also, if there are any other items that you would like to purchase as a take home do it yourself kit, let me know. Pad Thai maybe?????????

  1. I stopped by last weekend and picked up some of your amazing Tom Ka Gai soup at the Scottsdale Farmers Market! Is there any way you could sell some produce? Such as keffir limes with leaves and galangal root? Even the tamarind juice….These are all things I have had a hard time finding after attending the fun and informative cooking classes! Stopped by Malee’s last Sunday evening for dinner with some friends, thanks for consistently being such a great spot to impress out of town guests!

    Of course I can bring some produce plus other items you are looking for:) Since this is kind of a individual request can you contact me at the restaurant if you plan on coming to the farmers market and I will bring the produce, etc?

    Sorry for the late reply. I recently started a new job and life has been hectic trying to adjust. Luckily, I do not work on Saturdays so I’m hoping to stop by the market on Saturday, March 31st. I’ll try and leave you a message at the restaurant as well just to confirm once it gets closer.
